Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Discount codes cannot be manually applied to an order. Please read all descriptions and check your order before submitting.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be emailed to you.
Exchanges (if applicable), Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check your items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: Please take a photo of the item that clearly displays the damage within 2 days of delivery and send us an email at kleauxniqueboutique@kleauxnique.com. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
Shipping
We ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
